Where can I buy tickets?
While there is no in-person box office available for advanced ticket purchases at this time, tickets can be purchased online through our ticketing partner AXS.
On show days, the venue box office will open at event door time for will-call pick up and in-person sales.
Does my child need a ticket?
All attendees will require a ticket unless otherwise specified in the event details.
I have tickets at will call, where do I pick those up, and do I need an ID?
Will call tickets are available for pick up at the venue box office on the day of the show at event door time. A form of ID is required for pick up.
If I have a balcony ticket, can I also access the standing room area?
Ticket holders with seats located in the balcony will not have access to the pit area.
Do you offer ADA/Accessible seating?
ADA seats are located on the main level of the venue. If the ADA specific seats have already been reserved, please select seats on the main floor.
There is no elevator located in the theatre. To access the loge/balcony, guests must climb stairs. Please plan accordingly.

Can I leave the venue and come back during a show?
Re-entry is allowed. All attendees will be subject to wanding and search.
Do you allow purses or backpacks into the venue?
Bags (max size 12″ x 6″ x 12″) are allowed and will be searched upon entry. Clear bags of larger size are not permitted.
Exceptions will be made for necessary medical equipment and small diaper bags when entering with a child age 3 and younger or for nursing mothers. We encourage you to bring only the necessities to make the entry process into the venue as smooth as possible.
What items are not allowed in the venue?

Outside food and beverage, including water, may not be brought into the Capitol Theatre.

Is there a coat check available?
No, there is no coat check service available at this time.
What parking is available?
The Harrison Parking ramp (202 Harrison Street) is conveniently located within one block of the Capitol Theatre. Ramp parking fees are very affordable and must be paid at arrival. You can digitally access the parking ramp system through the ParkMobile App or pay in-person at the kiosks located inside the ramp.
All on-street parking in downtown Davenport is free with time restrictions enforced 7 am to 5 pm, Mon through Fri.
ADA parking spaces are available and marked on the street and in the parking ramps.
What is your camera policy?
Small point and shoot cameras only - no detachable lenses or digital SLRs. Flash photography is not permitted at any time.
Photo policies may change depending on the performer.
Do you serve beverages or food?
We serve drinks from the bar including water, beer, soft drinks and more. We do not serve food but can recommend a variety of great bars and restaurants located close by. Plan ahead and check out these local establishments: https://www.downtowndavenport.com/explore/
