Box Office Staff
We are looking to add additional team members to work box office shifts at our venues as well as the outdoor shows we host at Lauridsen Amphitheater at Water Works Park.

Responsibilities:
- Handle selling tickets in person via our ticketing Software AXS, using Square software for credit card purchases.
- Answer customer questions in real time and create a welcoming environment for concert goers.
- Support all aspects of venue operations which include and are not limited to; managing the guest list, will call orders, ADA acommodations, assiting with ticket scanning, helping lable/organize seated sections at shows, etc.
Useful skills for this position:
- Familiar with Windows software in order to run ticketing equipment.
- Proficient with Google Suite products.
- Cash handling
- Enjoy LOTS of live music :)
